Bishop David Konderla preached this homily on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at the celebration of the Diocesan 50th Anniversary Mass at Holy Family Cathedral in Tulsa. Diocese celebrates 50th Anniversary

Bishop Konderla's Decree allows the faithful to be dispensed from the obligation to abstain from meat on the Memorial of Saint Patrick which falls on Friday, March 17 and abstain on some other day during Lent.
